Bright Horizons has updated our Health & Safety Protocols for back-up care.
With the health and safety of your family being our top priority, you can have peace of mind knowing we have COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols in place.
Bright Horizons has developed stringent COVID-19 health and safety protocols for all Bright Horizons centers, and we regularly share these as best practices with other provider centers in our back-up care network.
Additionally, our in-home care network includes high-quality, reliable caregivers who meet stringent credentialing requirements, pass extensive background checks, and are trained in CPR/First Aid. Bright Horizons expects our in-home care agencies to comply with our current COVID-19 policy and our Health Check and Illness policies to caregivers, which are outlined here.
